The conference will be held at one of Kansas Citys finest hotels, the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza, formerly the Fairmont. Known for contemporary elegance, the InterContinental Kansas City offers exceptional service, luxurious guest rooms and superb meeting facilities, all just steps away from the Country Club Plaza entertainment district.

Note: High-speed Internet service is available in your guest room for only $7 per day, half off the regular fee. Public areas in the hotel provide wireless Internet access.
TRANSPORTATION
Airport Shuttle
For transportation from the airport to the InterContinental, we recommend KCI Shuttle. The cost for the shuttle is $17 one way or $29 for a round trip. When your flight arrives at KCI, go to one of the KCI Shuttle ticket counters located at:
Terminal A Gates 1, 15, 30
Terminal B Gates 31, 50, 60
Terminal C Gates 61, 72, 80
Or, you may use the white airport courtesy telephone located near most telephone islands throughout the airport and dial 5000. You will be connected with a KCI Shuttle Customer Service Representative who will provide assistance and arrange transportation to your hotel. You may make reservations for your return trip to the airport at that time.
Hotel Parking
If you choose to drive or rent a car, self-parking at the InterContinental Kansas City is free for conference attendees. Valet parking is $17 per day. A map and driving directions are available on the hotel web site at http://www.ichotelsgroup.com.
Taxi
Cabs are available at the airport. Cost for a one-way trip from the airport to the InterContinental Kansas City will be approximately $45. |
